These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website gstreplyai.com and the GST notice reply drafting service (the "Service") provided by GST Reply AI ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Important: GST Reply AI is a software tool that produces draft replies to GST notices using AI. We are not a law firm or a firm of Chartered Accountants, and the Service does not constitute legal, tax, or professional advice. Every reply is a draft that must be reviewed, verified, and, where appropriate, approved by a qualified professional before you submit it to any authority.

1. The Service

The Service generates draft replies to GST notices based on the information you provide. Output quality depends on the accuracy and completeness of your inputs. You are solely responsible for reviewing, correcting, and deciding whether to submit any generated reply.

2. No Professional Advice; Your Responsibility

The Service does not replace advice from a Chartered Accountant or advocate.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for the final content you submit to the GST department or any authority.
We do not guarantee any particular outcome, acceptance, or result from any reply generated using the Service.

3. Pricing and Payment

The first reply preview is free. Full replies are available at ₹299 per reply or ₹999/month for unlimited replies. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees and may change; the price shown at the time of purchase applies.

4. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In summary, we offer a full refund if you are not satisfied, provided you contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to submit false information to any authority.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
Do not resell or redistribute the Service except under an authorised CA partner or firm arrangement.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, its content, and its software are owned by GST Reply AI. Replies generated for you may be used for your own compliance purposes. You may not copy or resell the underlying tool.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GST Reply AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any penalty, demand, interest, or adverse order arising from your use of a generated reply. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific reply giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
